These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MI-BOX New Hampshire portable storage and moving services. By scheduling a delivery or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
MI-BOX New Hampshire provides portable storage container delivery, pickup, and moving services to residential and commercial customers in Central and Western New Hampshire. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are subject to container availability. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled delivery or pickup. Please contact us at (603) 369-4464 to make changes to your reservation.
3. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at time of reservation. Monthly storage fees are billed in advance. Fees may vary based on container size, location, and duration of service.
4. Container Use
Customers are responsible for loading and securing items within the container. MI-BOX containers are weatherproof and secure; however, we recommend not storing perishables, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by law. Access to stored containers at our facility is available during business hours.
5. Liability
MI-BOX New Hampshire is not responsible for damage to items that are improperly packed or secured within the container. Our liability is limited to the terms set forth in your service agreement.
